At BeliveLife, every order is made to order and prepared with care.
1. Production Time
All items are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
2. Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time is:
• Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days
• Remote or rural areas may require additional time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Where Orders Ship From
All products are printed and shipped from facilities within the United States.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and tracking link.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. No additional shipping fees are charged after checkout.
7. Damaged, Delayed, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, is delayed significantly, or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
For damaged items, please email us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
